We offer a 28 day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.

We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, along with a completed returns form within this 28 day period.

You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Prescription lenses
  • Outbound shipping costs (we pay for the inbound return shipping label, but will not refund any original outbound shipping charges)

To return an item, please email stating your order number and items for return, and we'll get back to you with details of how to return your item free of charge.
