Prescription Orders

Most orders with prescription lenses usually take 2-3 days to dispatch.

More complicated prescription orders can take up to 10 days for dispatch.

The manufacturing time for prescription eyewear depends on a number of factors including your prescription and the lens type.

Please contact customer service for an accurate quote of the build time.

Duties and Taxes

All orders are either dispatched from the UK or US.

All prices on our website are inclusive of all duties and taxes.

OCO will take care of any duties and taxes on OCO orders arriving into Canada.

Returns

14-DAY RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the day you receive your order.

We're happy to refund any frames/sunglasses you are not 100% happy with providing we receive them unused, as new, along with a completed returns form within this 14 day period.

You will be credited via your original method of payment and notified via email when this process is complete.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Prescription lenses
  • Outbound shipping costs

Items must be returned to the UK address provided on the returns form, via a tracked shipping method.

We suggest that you use the International service from Canada Post - the approximate cost is $30 CAD.
