We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, frames must be returned in their original, "as new" condition with all packaging included.

Return Shipping
  • Customer Responsibility: All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • Requirement: You must use a tracked shipping service. OCO Glasses is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Restocking Fees & Deductions

To help us maintain our high level of service and custom craftsmanship, the following refund rules apply:

  • Keep an Item, Pay No Fee: If you keep at least one item from your order, no restocking fee will be applied to the items you return.
  • Full Returns: If you return all items from an order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Prescription Lenses: As these are custom-made, the cost of the lenses is non-refundable.
  • Original Shipping: The original CAD $38.00 shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
